Models graced the checkerboard catwalk in their perfect winter trench coats and their XXL bags.
Virgil Abloh is an ingenious designer in his own right. With both Off-White and Louis Vuitton Menswear under his creative leadership, Abloh has high expectations to reach. And tonight with his Off-White FW19 collection, there were no disappointments.
The collection featured 46 looks in total; including two-tone tapered blazers, XXL bags, logo-printed knit dresses, double handbags, green and yellow leather medium-heeled boots, and satin-effect pieces.
Abloh has a certain je ne sais quoi with his models. Each model exudes sexiness, and in a way that doesn’t overpower the collection itself but adds to the overall effect. Our favourite orange-haired Italian supermodel, Mariacarla Boscono, opened the show, whilst Mrs Karlie Kloss and the Hadid sisters closed the show in flowy statement garments.
